Why we use it
- To provide your storage, gate access and billing, and to move you in and out (to perform our contract with you).

- To recover unpaid amounts, deal with goods left behind and defend claims (legitimate interests).
- To answer your messages, including with an automated assistant that our staff oversee (contract and legitimate interests).
- To send offers and news, only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time (consent).
We do not sell your information. Refunds, disputes and complaints are always decided by a person, not by an automated system.
